| 1. | The students who want to avail the school vehicle facility will have to fill and submit the conveyance form with the guardian's sign at the time of admission. |
| 2. | The guardian will have to abides by all the rules and regulations printed in the conveyance form. |
| 3. | Even for the partial use of the conveyance, fees of 11 months will be charged. |
| 4. | Conveyance facilities may be withdrawn for disciplinary reasons. |
| 5. | Conveyance facilities will be stopped if the conveyance fee of 1 month falls due. From the 2nd month no conveyance facility will be provided. |
