Under special circumstances, leave of absence may be granted, applications of such leaves stating the reason & the period of leave prayed for are to be forwarded to the Administrator well in advance.
| (i) | Marriage of brothers and sisters, uncles etc. |
| (ii) | A religious performance in which the presence of the ward is indispensable. |
| (iii) | Serious illness of a near relative etc. |
